«Riding the AI Wave with Yopeso Malaysia!
We recently welcomed a group of students from Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) to our Yopeso office for an engaging and interactive session on how AI is shaping the tech industry.
The group brought together students from different study levels and backgrounds, including Software Engineering, Network Engineering, Data Science, and Financial Economics – showing that AI is no longer just a topic for developers.
During the session, we explored:
💡 How AI is changing the tech landscape
💻 Coding with AI co-pilots and how they are reshaping tech roles
🧪 The role of Software QA in the AI era
🤖 AI-powered testing and practical skills for future QA engineers
One of the highlights was seeing how differently students connected with the topics. A Financial Economics student, for example, shared how valuable it was to discover practical AI tools and co-pilot concepts that could be applied to his own field.
For us, that’s exactly what these sessions are about – sharing knowledge, exchanging perspectives, and showing that the opportunities around AI go far beyond coding.
