The spark? Hiring a self-taught developer from a burrito bar who proved a diploma is not a proxy for ability.

Ten years later:

450+ laptops distributed, nearly 99.5% of participants trained free of cost, an average $25K wage increase — and AI training now embedded in every program, because the AI divide is the new digital divide.
