David was connected to Shipshape through his trusted service pro, Delmarva. Not long after, a water leak alert popped up for his crawlspace.
Moisture levels were rising near the sump pump. The issue turned out to be a disconnected discharge pipe. Delmarva came out, replaced the sump pump, restored proper drainage, and got everything back to normal before it turned into real damage.
Glad this was caught early.
