The Fiber is in the ground. Splicing is underway. Expect services to be restored in about an hour to an hour and a half.

We have a cut Fiber in Osage County that is currently affecting our service.

Currently our towers are down in Onion Prairie, Hogshooter, and New Harmony that may be affecting customers in the area with outages and loss of service.

We are currently working to resolve the issue and will update as the situation changes. We thank you for your patience.

Update: This is an extended outage. Service will most likely be effected for the next 3-4 hours. Our crew is working hard to get service operational again.

FINAL UPDATE: 2:15 P.M.
All Towers back online. If your radio isn't passing traffic make sure you reboot your system at home. If you have any issues you can call our help desk. Thank you for the patience and sorry for the outage.

UPDATE: 1:30 P.M. All towers online except for about half a dozen customers fed from the Lemmons tower. Finishing up that issue currently. Hoping to be finished ASAP.

UPDATE: 12:10 P.M. Stewart and Copan Water Tower are back online. As well as 3 of the 4 AP's at the Copan Tower. Lemmon's tower Radio is being swapped out currently then should be back online. Then we will head to Copan tower site to assess AP2 and possibly replace that equipment.

UPDATE: 10:40 a.m. equipment in the cabinet at the base of the tower is being swapped out and power is restored to the tower. Working now on programming and radios on tower.

During the early morning storm north of Dewey our Lemmons tower took a direct lightning hit. Crew on site has assessed damages and is working to restore the tower. This affects lemmons, Copan, Copan water tower and Stewart tower sites. We will update this post as progress is made.

Our Hogshooter tower will be down tomorrow morning (8/19) from 9-10 in the morning as we perform maintenance. Service in the area may be affected.
