Maureen Lefebvre has been named Chief Executive Officer of DISTek, bringing her extensive engineering experience, strong client relationships, and passion for our people to this new role.

As part of this planned transition, Jeremy Yoder will shift his day-to-day leadership focus to Carthage Holdings, DISTek's 100% employee-owned parent company, as President and CEO.

This transition marks an exciting step forward for both organizations, providing dedicated leadership to support continued growth, strengthen our employee-owned culture, and create long-term success.
