MWTSU Launches Initiative to Build the World's First Community-Fueled Online University

Midwest Tech SWAT University (MWTSU) is calling upon educators, industry professionals, organizations, businesses, and community leaders to help build what could become the world's first truly community-fueled online university.

The vision is simple but ambitious: create a learning platform where education is accessible to everyone, regardless of income, location, or background. Through collaboration and community support, MWTSU aims to offer free educational opportunities while ensuring that instructors and content creators are fairly compensated for their expertise and contributions.

"We believe education should be a public good, not a privilege," said MWTSU leadership. "Knowledge is one of the most powerful resources a community can share. By bringing together instructors, volunteers, sponsors, and technology partners, we can build an educational ecosystem that benefits everyone."

MWTSU is currently seeking:

Instructors and Subject Matter Experts willing to develop and teach courses.
Technology Partners who can contribute software, infrastructure, hosting, and technical expertise.
Community Organizations interested in expanding educational access.
Financial Supporters and Sponsors who believe in the mission of affordable and accessible education.

The university's long-term goal is to provide learning opportunities spanning K-12 enrichment, workforce development, technology training, trade skills, entrepreneurship, continuing education, and lifelong learning.
