Today the World Cup kicks off, and we’re kicking off this post by celebrating an incredible three days of sports photography!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Sports Photography Workshop.

From the classroom session to photographing live action with the Madison Mallards and wrapping up with Tuesday night’s image critique, it was a fantastic experience watching participants develop their skills and create outstanding images.

A special thank you to Steve Apps Photography for sharing his expertise and passion for sports photography. We’re also grateful to our Sony rep Ber and Sony USA for providing loaner gear and to the Madison Mallards for providing on-field access that gave participants the opportunity to photograph the action from a photographer’s perspective.
