We spent a great couple of days down in Mississippi with the team at Cowboy Maloney's Home Store .

Our team got to know their operation and the people who keep it running.

Honestly, there's no substitute for being in the building. A few days on the floor with retailers tells us more than any phone call ever could, and it's how the best partnerships get started.

We headed down to South Florida to spend time on-site with Fuse Specialty Appliances for the launch of our Complete Business Management System across their showrooms.

We trained their staff through real scenarios, set the tools up around the way they actually run their floors, and made sure every location felt good with the system before we headed home. There's nothing like being there in person, it's how we get to listen, adjust, and build something that really fits.
