Today, Attain Partners kicked off our Advancement Leadership Exchange in Baltimore, convening Advancement and Fundraising leaders for a full day of discussion and working sessions at Camden Yards.

Across conversations, several themes emerged, including the role of brand and identity in shaping donor relationships, the importance of balancing human connection with data and technology, and how institutions are approaching engagement and conversion in a more disciplined way.
