After nearly 20 years, Jenifer Larson has decided her time at Clearfield is all sewn up.

Jenifer is starting a well-earned retirement after serving in many roles, most recently Product Manager: Systems and Continuation.

“I started as a temp receptionist. Since Clearfield was much smaller then, I helped with engineering documentation, payroll, accounts receivable, marketing, order entry, and purchasing,” she says. “After I moved to the PM department, I also did some scheduling.”

What she enjoyed the most during her time at Clearfield was her coworkers.

“When you work somewhere for so long, the people you work with become friends and sometimes closer than family,” she adds. “They end up sharing a big part of your life and hear about your daily struggles and triumphs.”

In retirement, Jenifer plans to spend time with family, especially her grandchildren and aging parents. She will keep busy with a full list of household projects, adding, “I can hardly walk into my sewing room because it is so full of quilts I have started or want to start.”
