Last week, IBSS was a proud sponsor of the 35th Annual Treatment and Learning Centers (TLC) Golf Tournament at PB Dye Golf Club in Frederick, Maryland.

Representing IBSS on the course were Dr. Le Jiang, IBSS Chief Scientist and Vice President of Satellite; Mr. Tim Pruss, Vice President of GST, an IBSS partner; and IBSS affiliates Mr. Shu Wang and Ms. Xiaohong Li.

Golf is a game that rewards strategy, teamwork, and skill, and the team demonstrated all three with an impressive score of 69 on the par-72 course. More importantly, the event provided an opportunity to support TLC's mission while strengthening connections with valued partners and affiliates.

Last month, IBSS proudly sponsored our annual field trip to Annapolis for 55 students from Silver Spring International Middle School. Students in grades 6–8 enjoyed a cruise through Annapolis Harbor along the banks of the U.S. Naval Academy. Plus, they received IBSS t-shirts, swag bags, and lunch at a local restaurant.

The highlight of the day? Watching the Blue Angels fly overhead, which is always an incredible moment for everyone involved.

We’re grateful to help create opportunities like this that inspire and support the next generation. What a rewarding day for students and volunteers alike!
