Yes, you get a tax receipt, and you will not have to chase anyone down for it. Once your items are donated to the charity, ReSupply sends you a link to your electronic tax receipt to print or download. Free charity pickups can mean waiting up to 6 weeks. We can usually be there in 24 to 72 hours, with as little as one day's notice. Pick a morning window (8 AM to 12 PM) or an afternoon window (12 PM to 4 PM), and we will text you when your hauler is en route and again when they arrive. Will we really take everything? We sure try. If a charity cannot accept certain items, our haulers make multiple stops at additional charities to complete your pickup, so you never have to sort or make two appointments.
