UVeye is a computer vision tech company that develops automated inspection systems for vehicles, powered by artificial intelligence and proprietary hardware. At seaports, vehicle inspection accuracy matters before a vehicle ever reaches the dealership.

Jaguar Land Rover partnered with UVeye to enhance quality control across its Customer Acceptance Line process at critical U.S. seaports, including Baltimore, MD and Hueneme, CA.

The impact included:

โ€ข More than 10% of vehicles had defects detected before dealer delivery
โ€ข Defects were found at the port stage, reducing downstream issues
โ€ข UVeye helped map and compare defects to pre-shipping manufacturing data

Weโ€™re incredibly proud of the student team mentored by UVeye for winning the โ€œBest Projectโ€ award at Atlas Juniors!

Atlas Juniors connects talented high school students from Israelโ€™s periphery with the high-tech ecosystem, giving them an opportunity to learn, build, and bring new ideas to life.

As part of the program, UVeye mentors worked with the students as they developed UVrover, a smart autonomous robotic vehicle designed for vehicle inspection.

This win is especially meaningful as it comes one year after UVeye received the Atlas Award for Innovation. Seeing these students continue that legacy with their own creativity, hard work, and technical talent is something we are proud to celebrate.
