How often have your shipments ETAs been off, and you found out after it was too late to address? 🫠

If the data behind an ETA is incomplete or inconsistent, teams hesitate while the disruption grows. Our partnership with Shippeo addresses this with contextual data.

We're combining Shippeo’s high-quality tracking data with our own planning and ex*****on capabilities to provide a more reliable view of what’s happening in transit.

Organizations can respond faster with:
1️⃣ Earlier detection of delays through more accurate ETAs
2️⃣ Greater confidence to act without manual validation
3️⃣ Faster coordination across carriers, partners, and internal teams
4️⃣ More focus on resolving day-to-day operational risks before they escalate

That's starts with data you can trust.

moves fast, but what stood out most wasn’t the scale of the event. It was the consistency in what people were trying to figure out.

Across sessions, customer conversations, and discussions at the booth, one theme that kept surfacing was the conversation around AI is evolving.

Less focus on the hype itself, more focus on what actually makes it work. Strong data foundations. Clear business problems. Connected networks. Real outcomes.

This video captures some of those moments in motion. Conversations around workshops, perspectives from customers, and discussions that made one thing especially clear: success is not about adopting more technology. It starts with understanding what you're trying to solve in the first place.

Appreciate everyone who stopped by, shared ideas, and made the week a success.

A clear tension we noticed at ? Supply chains operate globally, but decisions are still fragmented across , , and .

That gap is where delays and risk build.

More leaders are focused on closing it, not by adding tools, but by connecting decisions across the network.

Wrapping up Barcelona, a few themes stood out from a packed week of sessions, customer conversations, and spontaneous discussions by e2open’s smoothie bar.

👉 One message in particular came through clearly: leading companies are not starting with the latest AI capabilities. They are starting with a North Star.

Before chasing “what can AI do?”, the focus is shifting to “what are we actually trying to solve?”

That perspective came to life during our express workshop activity at the booth. What began as a simple exercise quickly became an eye-opener in several conversations, highlighting how easy it is to move straight to solutions without first aligning on direction.

Across the event, that same thread kept surfacing in different forms. Clarity is becoming the differentiator.

As Barcelona wraps, the takeaway feels simple: direction first, acceleration second.

Thank you to everyone who connected with us in Barcelona. Stay tuned for a final video of our time there next week!

Most “transformations” look impressive right up until ex*****on starts.

Plans are aligned. Forecasts are updated. Systems are in place.

And then reality hits. 💥

Demand shifts. Supply changes. Data conflicts. And teams are forced to rework decisions in real time.

That’s the gap valantic calls out: that stops at planning instead of extending all the way through ex*****on.

Because when and ex*****on aren't connected:
• Visibility is partial
• Decisions lack context
• And alignment doesn’t hold under pressure

The real shift isn’t digital. It’s operational.

What can we do in 15 minutes at Barcelona? 🧐

Start with your priorities — challenges, ambitions, and what success actually looks like.

Then we map those to the capabilities that matter across sourcing, planning, logistics, and compliance, and quickly surface where impact is highest and where value can be delivered fastest.

It’s a simple way to move from discussion to a clear, practical starting point.

Come by booth #206 and try it with us!

⚠️ If you’re navigating global trade right now, tariffs, sanctions, and regulatory changes are no longer abstract policy shifts. They’re real inputs shaping day-to-day supply chain decisions.

That connection between compliance and ex*****on is exactly what we’re diving into today at Barcelona.

🛑 If you're in Barcelona, stop by Booth 206. Johannes Hangl starts things off at 9:50 a.m., with additional live demos from Andreas Brock and Ronny Rössel throughout the day.

See you there!

🙋 Day two at Barcelona brings another big question for supply chain teams: what happens when planners spend less time reacting and more time driving strategy?

is changing the conversation from exception management to decision orchestration, helping teams move beyond constant firefighting and focus on higher-value decisions.

🗣️ Join Andreas Brock today at **5:25 p.m. on Stage 1** to see what that shift can look like in action.

See you there!

This morning, Eric Serch Quemades and Patrick Grainey's session 'Structural Resiliency – Vertiv’s Path to Deepening Resiliency at Scale' delivered exactly the kind of thinking supply chain leaders need right now:

✅ Enterprise-wide ownership of resilience
✅ Digitalization at scale
✅ Analytics-first foundations for practical AI and better decision-making

They shared how supply chain risk has evolved into a constant, interconnected challenge, requiring resilience to become a broader business priority rather than a supply chain initiative alone.

Looking forward to continuing the conversation!
